Cancellation Policy

# Cleansing Service Booking & Cancellation Policy To secure your cleansing service appointment, a **SGD 100 deposit** is required at the time of booking. ### 1. Booking Deposit A **SGD 100 deposit** is required to confirm and secure your selected date and time. Your appointment will only be considered confirmed once the deposit has been successfully received. The remaining balance for the cleansing service will be **paid after the service has been completed**. ### 2. Cancellation & Rebooking Clients may cancel or rebook their appointment through their client area, provided that the request is made **at least 3 days (72 hours) before the scheduled service date and time**. For cancellations made at least 3 days in advance, the **SGD 100 deposit will be fully refunded**. For rebooking, the deposit may be transferred to the new appointment, subject to availability. ### 3. Late Cancellation & Changes Cancellations or requests to rebook made **less than 3 days (72 hours) before the scheduled appointment** will be treated as a late cancellation. In such cases, the **SGD 100 deposit is non-refundable**. If you need to make a last-minute change due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. Requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. ### 4. No-Show If the client does not attend the scheduled appointment or is unavailable for the service without prior notice, the **SGD 100 deposit will be forfeited** and will not be refunded. ### 5. Service Balance The remaining balance, after deducting the SGD 100 deposit where applicable, will be **payable upon completion of the cleansing service**. ### 6. Acknowledgement By making a booking and paying the SGD 100 deposit, the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this Booking & Cancellation Policy. Aetherstones reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to this policy where circumstances warrant.
